Crystallization & Solid/Liquid Separation

Crystallization & Solid/Liquid Separation Photo Membranes are a stimulating tool to control and to limit the mass transfer and therefore – in combination with crystallization – the maximum level of supersaturation. Membrane crystallization (MCr) is an evolving membrane process that has the capability to excerpt concurrently fresh water and valuable components from various rivulets. The membrane based crystallization takes place in batch mode.
Liquid filtration involves size-based particle parting. The particle of interest should either pass through or be reserved by the filter.  The liquid properties (pH, viscosity, polarity, surface tension) play a key role in liquid filtration performance.
